Aramis Alba of New Braunfels, Texas has built his loft around several elite European racing pigeon families, especially for one-loft racing.

His main bloodlines include:

Van Loon – A cornerstone of his loft. His well-known Apple Cup winner “Bochay” was bred from strong Van Loon blood and won the 350-mile final plus finished as 3rd Overall Ace.

Janssen – Closely blended with the Van Loon family through birds such as “Julio Che.”

Jan Hooymans – Through descendants of the famous “Harry” line, which appears in several of his pedigrees.

Leo Heremans – Using proven Heremans racers including descendants of “Hercules,” “Harris,” “Den 852,” and “Den 278.”

Leon Dautzenberg – Through the “Jimmy Boy” family.

Frans Labeeuw – Featured in some of his newer breeding pairs.

Stichelbaut – Incorporated into birds such as “Black Optimus” and related descendants for endurance and toughness.

One of his biggest successes came in the Apple Cup One Loft Race, where his pigeon “Bochay” won the 350-mile final against 637 birds and earned over $100,000, demonstrating the effectiveness of his Van Loon–Janssen breeding program.
